How to File a Grievance

  • Alternatively, you can also lodge a grievance using our online grievance redressal form available here, fill the form with all necessary details and we will connect back with you at the earliest.

Once you have filed a grievance, you will receive a confirmation email or phone call from our Grievance Redressal Officer within 1-2 business days. The Grievance Redressal Officer will investigate your grievance and will try to resolve it to your satisfaction. You will be kept informed of the progress of the investigation and will be notified of the outcome.

If you are not satisfied with the initial response or resolution provided, you may request escalation. Your grievance will be escalated to a higher authority within Vedant Research for further review and resolution.
